Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Google Flow Automator handles data.

1. Data we process

• Google sign-in session data (for authentication)
• Firebase user identifier (uid)
• Feature gate state (for example: sso_verified, subscribed, special_permission)
• Prompt queue data and settings stored in Chrome local storage
• Local activity and error logs

2. How data is used

• Authenticate users via Google SSO
• Enable or disable gated features
• Store queue/settings/logs needed for extension behavior
• Provide download and automation functionality

3. Storage and sharing

• Local settings/queue/logs are stored in chrome.storage.local
• Gate/account status may be stored in Firebase Firestore under your user record
• We do not sell personal data
• We do not use your sign-in data for advertising

4. Third-party services

The extension uses Google/Firebase APIs. Their services are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Error/activity logs are retained for a limited period (currently up to 1 hour). Other local settings remain until cleared or uninstall.

6. User choices

• Sign out from the extension
• Remove the extension
• Clear extension data via Chrome extension settings
